Ah, the smugness of the recently-boinked. Doesn’t it just make you want to kick his teeth in? Word of warning: don’t give in to that impulse. You’ll break your monitor, and you may get electrocuted. I don’t want that on my conscience!

I don’t. That was added by WordPress, not me, and to be frank it’s an annoyance. I specifically set up this site to display one post at a time because I wanted to display just one comic at a time, rather than a line of them that ends up slowing the site to a crawl. Plus, I’ve already got a self-imposed linking system in place that works for me. Sorry if that sounds snappy, it’s not aimed at you. It’s just a pain in the arse!
As for Gio Compario, he got what he deserved. He lost his spot as Jay’s idol after he did that grossly inaccurate Prehistoric ad. Honestly, scaly pterosaurs with gripping claws coexisting with Mammoths and scantily-clad cavegirls? Do I even have to remind you of Jay’s policy on that? OK, the cavegirls were hot, but still!
And finally, it’s not desperation, it’s called keeping your options open!

The picture is a highly tweaked version of a picture I took last year during a day trip to Great Yarmouth with my Mum. I thought she could do with a day out, and we both enjoyed it, despite the stomach ache caused by the second helping of fish and chips. If your interested I’ll post the original version. I may also upload a caricature of myself done by some random bloke by the reptile house.
Oddly enough, I have already been asked my opinion on Terra Nova. My response was not exactly a ringing endorsement…

Sorry I missed the TeraNova comment, for me I thought it ‘s an okay way to spend 40 mins or so (I skipped the ads) , although I didnt really like the last episode I saw,with the birds/reptiles returning, it all seemed to
convenient and now we have a love ‘rival’.
btw I did like the PS comment about the Tori Black and Sasha Grey joke in the Terra Nova comment
It’s difficult to answer your first question due to the paucity of the available data, presently limited to this one guy and myself. For all I know there could be more, so I can’t give you accurate statistics.
I actually caught the episode you mentioned. I can’t comment on the love triangle issue, but I agree with you about the resolution to the pterosaur problem. Far too quick and easy. Plus, rhamphorhynchoids in the mid Cretaceous? Come on, ornithocheirids would be far more accurate, and more intimidating!
PS: The annoying thing is I forgot to call heads, so I had to toss for it again!
PPS: I’m not sure if the above PS works as a joke, but I’m too tired to come up with anything better, so screw it!
